Fernandez made her acting debut in the 2009 Bollywood fantasy movie Aladin directed by Sujoy Gosh alongside Amitabh Bachchan, Sanjay Dutt, and Ritesh Deshmukh. Then in year 2010 she again starred in film Jaane Kahan Se Aayi Hai. She also made a cameo appearance in film Housefull. She know different languages like Hindi, English, French, Spanish, Arabic and Sinhalese.
